For Schools & Organizations

A complete, turnkey construction course your program runs at your facility — with expert support, a full curriculum, and a certified tiny home your school keeps.

Why Partner

What Your School Gets from the Course

Most construction education programs teach students about building. This one has them do it — from the first nail to the final inspection walkthrough.

A Turnkey Program — Not a DIY Curriculum

You don't build the course. We deliver it. Materials, lesson plans, build sequencing, and expert support arrive with the program. Your instructors guide the students; we handle the construction curriculum infrastructure.

Documented Student Achievement

Completion certificates give students a verifiable credential from a construction education program. That matters to employers, to trade apprenticeship programs, and to the students themselves — they built something, and it's on record.

A Physical Asset That Stays With You

The completed tiny home belongs to your school or organization. It's a demonstration piece, a campus attraction, and evidence of your program's capability. Many schools use it to recruit the next cohort before the current one is even certified.

Real-World Skills Across Multiple Trades

A single course covers structural framing, roofing, electrical rough-in, plumbing rough-in, insulation, and finish carpentry. Students don't rotate out — they see each trade from start to finish on a real structure.

FAQ

Questions About Partnering

What kind of space does my facility need?
The build requires a covered work area large enough to accommodate the trailer footprint plus working room on all sides — typically a large shop bay, gymnasium, or outdoor covered structure. We'll assess your available space during the inquiry process and confirm before scheduling.
Does my school need licensed contractors or instructors?
No. The course is designed to operate under school supervision, not as a licensed contractor job. Expert build support is included in the program. Your instructors and administrators manage the educational environment; we provide the construction expertise and curriculum.
How many students can participate in one course run?
The course is designed for team-based construction. We'll discuss ideal cohort size during the inquiry process based on your space and the scope of the build — more students means more hands on different phases simultaneously.
What happens to the tiny home after the course?
The completed home belongs entirely to your school or organization. Schools have used finished homes as campus demonstration units, staff housing, scholarship fundraiser assets, or as the seed for a repeat-course program.
Can this course count toward CTE or vocational program requirements?
That depends on your state's CTE credentialing standards and your program's existing approvals. We can provide detailed curriculum documentation to support an articulation or credit-approval request — contact us and we'll share what we have.
We're not a school. Can other organizations run this course?
Yes. Workforce development organizations, re-entry programs, community organizations, and faith-based institutions have all successfully run construction education programs of this type. If you work with adults who need practical skills and a verifiable credential, the course is worth exploring.
